Later on through the years my business changed from doing hair and massage to fitness in different formats. Because of what I've gone through with life and marriage. My heart went out to women and their overall state of being. Wanting us to break out of the bondage of depression and the thoughts and feelings of not being good enough.

 

With God's help, prayer and fitness brought me from low self esteem, negative self consciousness and a weak non energetic body to just the opposite.

 

I wanted to share with everyone, mostly women from all ages, colors, shapes and sizes. That's when I took a good look at my fitness formats. I wanted to focus on more of the women empowered ones (Pole Fitness and Flirty Girl Fitness).

 Although Zumba Fitness is for the entire family (male / Female), women are so empowered in the format. Then Beachbody Fitness Programs was the icing on the cake for fitness.

 

Women can be STRONG, SEXY and FIT. Spiritual, Physical and Financial........TRINITY FABUSEXY FITNESS was born.
